Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item, or the sale is considered final.
Unless it is our mistake, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee or the equivalent of shipping/fees if that amount exceeds 20%.
If an incorrect or defective item is received, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue.
If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package.
